Macnil, parte del Gruppo Zucchetti e proprietaria del marchio GT Alarm, prosegue il suo ambizioso progetto: rafforzarsi nel settore Automotive . Lo fa acquisendo due aziende specializzate nella localizzazione satellitare e nei servizi di sicurezza per auto e flotte aziendali: KFT e GuardOne.
Con questa doppia acquisizione Macnil raddoppia e passa a 4 sedi sul territorio nazionale. Anche i dipendenti aumentano: da 70 a 150 in totale.
