Implement methods and tools for the management of everyday cyber risks<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Secur<\/strong> Safe Apulia<\/strong> is the result of a synergy between public and private for the<\/strong> development of a cybersecurity project. <\/strong>The project, funded by the Puglia Region, is the flagship of the Apulian IT Production District and is led<\/strong> by Exprivia SpA.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The collaboration involves four<\/strong> companies<\/strong> \u2013 MACNIL<\/strong>, OPENWORK, SYSMAN, EUSOFT<\/strong> \u2013 and three<\/strong> academic institutions from Puglia \u2013 the University of Bari, the Polytechnic of Bari and the University of Salento<\/strong>. In a context where cyber threats can have real impacts and affect the lives of citizens,<\/strong> the security of infrastructures and systems is a key priority.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Secure<\/strong> Safe Apulia<\/strong> aims to face this challenge through the implementation of methods, techniques and tools that allow cyber-physical<\/strong> risk management.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The project is based on<\/strong> three key pillars<\/strong>: methodology<\/strong>, technology and organization<\/strong>, and intervenes in<\/strong> five strategic areas<\/strong>: Critical<\/strong> Infrastructure, Automotive, Smart farming, Chemical Defense and Integrated Response.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Within Secure<\/strong> Safe Apulia<\/strong>, Macnil focuses its efforts on improving<\/strong> the security of infrastructures and connected systems in the automotive sector<\/strong>. Cybersecurity in the automotive industry is a crucial challenge, as connected<\/strong> vehicles and infrastructure are subject to increasing cyber threats and cyber-attacks. <\/strong>To face these challenges, we have developed a robust security strategy based on four main pillars, known as event<\/strong> collection, detection, response and prevention.<\/strong><\/p>\n

These elements combined offer a comprehensive and advanced response <\/strong>to protect<\/strong> connected vehicles and their infrastructure from potential threats<\/strong>, ensuring the<\/strong> safety<\/strong> and peace<\/strong> of mind of drivers and users.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Secure<\/strong> Safe Apulia<\/strong> represents an important step forward in ensuring and achieving the resilience of society in an era where cyber<\/strong> security is a top priority<\/strong>.
